Brittany Mason serves as a Customer Care Coordinator at the Noelle Stephens State Farm office in Hot Springs, AR, where she brings a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families in the community. Originally from Vicksburg, Mississippi, Brittany moved to Hot Springs in 2020 in search of new opportunities and quickly became part of the local area. After graduating from Hot Springs High School in May 2021, she joined the office as a receptionist on Valentine’s Day in 2022. Through her dedication and positive approach, Brittany advanced in her role and successfully completed all required licensing exams.
Today, Brittany assists with a variety of coverage needs, including auto and home insurance, helping customers review their options and feel confident in their choices. Auto insurance is her favorite area to work in, and she enjoys helping Hot Springs drivers explore protection options for their vehicles. Outside of the office, Brittany keeps up with the latest shows and movies and enjoys spending time outdoors—especially fishing and visiting the lakes around Hot Springs. Joy Skipper is a Billing and Account Specialist with the Noelle Stephens State Farm office in Hot Springs, AR, where she has supported the team since August 2023. In her role, Joy helps manage billing processes and account details, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations across a range of insurance needs, including auto and life. Although she works remotely, her regular involvement supports the Hot Springs office and the individuals and families it serves.
