"State Farm saved me a lot of hardship with an affordable quote! Before reaching out to State Farm I’ve had the same insurance the entire time I’ve been a driving adult. When I got a new bank card it didn’t allow the auto pay to my insurance but I had no idea of that. It has always been set up on auto pay and I didn’t think anything about it. I never received a call, text or email regarding the nonpayment issue. They dropped my insurance unbeknownst to me. (And yes, I was driving around a new vehicle without knowing I was not insured. 😳) I eventually got a letter in the mail. I called and tried to reinstate as soon as I read it. They were fine with reinstating me but wanted to charge me an additional $500.00 for 6months on top of what I was already paying. Uhm, no thank you! I did give them a chance to retain my loyalty and keep my money in their pockets. They would not budge on cost of insurance. I let them know I would look for insurance elsewhere. I was referred to State Farm by a few people. I was so stressed by this situation that could have been avoided with a single phone call. . Luckily for me someone finally listened and understood the situation. They dealt with emotional/personal side and then moved on to the business side. State Farm gave me a great quote minus the additional $500.00!!!"
